Tina Barnes

I have worked in HR for around 15 years and have been part of The Action Group for six and a half of those. This is my first role in social care, and what I love most about it is that I can truly be my authentic self while working in such an important sector—one that makes a real difference every day.

I am a CIPD-qualified HR professional, holding a Master’s in Human Resource Management. I am passionate about supporting people, helping them grow, and ensuring that The Action Group remains a place where everyone feels valued and supported.
