The Action Group is delighted to announce the opening of our new service, TAG HUB, from June 2026 at Westfield Park Community Centre, Westfield Street, Falkirk, FK2 9DX.

TAG HUB is a welcoming and inclusive group where everyone helps to plan what we do. Activities are chosen together in four-week blocks, so there’s always something new to look forward to.

​

You can attend on Mondays, Fridays, or both if you like!

 

Support Information

• £5 per day (covers lunch and activities)

• Support ratio: 1:4

• If you require 1:1 support and are already supported by The Action Group, you are very welcome to attend with your support worker.

 

Please note: TAG HUB is not a drop-in service. To attend, you will need funding from Social Work.
