Simon Warr

I joined The Action Group as a Registered Manager in March 2026, bringing with me experience across social care, employability, and youth services.

Before joining The Action Group, I managed a Day Service for Older Adults in Edinburgh. My previous roles have included managing accredited employability programmes for adults and young people across Fife and the Lothians, leading Prince’s Trust services in Kent and Bristol, and working with Outward Bound in both the Lake District and the USA.

I am passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals and reach their potential. Whether supporting the people who use our services, their families and loved ones, or our staff teams, I believe in creating opportunities, building confidence, and helping people thrive.
