Linda Matthew

Previously I have worked in the semi conductor industry as an equipment technician for 20 years and due to decline in this industry and plant closures, I decided it was time for a career change. I have worked for The Action Group since 2009. I started as a Support Worker in West Lothian and then progressed to Assistant Team Manager in 2011. I held various manager roles within the company since 2012. At present I am the Development Manager for 3 Edinburgh HACCS teams and responsible for the line management of Real Jobs Falkirk.
