Linda Matthew

Qualifications: I am currently working on my SVQ Level 4 in Care and Registered Managers and currently hold my SVQ Level 3 and an NC and HNC in Electrical Engineering.

Previously I worked in the semi-conductor industry as an equipment technician for 20 years and due to decline in this industry and plant closures, I decided it was time for a career change.

I have worked for The Action Group since 2009. I started as a Support Worker in West Lothian and then progressed to Assistant Team Manager in 2011. I have held various manager roles within the company since 2012.

At present, I am the Development Manager the West Lothian area and I am responsible for the line management of Real Jobs Falkirk.
