I’ve worked in a variety of professional roles supporting people with additional needs for over 40 years. My career has taken me from developing community-based supported accommodation to leading a Disabled People’s Organisation delivering politically engaged advocacy.

When I retired from full-time work, I was delighted to have the opportunity to continue contributing to the ongoing work of The Action Group. It’s a privilege to be part of an organisation that shares my long-standing commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and making a real difference in people’s lives.
