About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join our friendly and supportive finance department where you will be a valued and integral part of the team.
Salary
£22,959 - £24,667 per annum pro rata
Note: Office (Office based: Edinburgh) or Home Working*.
*If home-based, you will be required to attend regular meetings in person (Not digital) in Edinburgh and there will also be times in which you will be required to attend the office to perform certain tasks within the role.
Requirements
Our Payroll Team is crucial to the success of the organisation and to the quality of service that we provide internally and externally to colleagues, supported people and customers. We are therefore looking for an experience payroll assistant, someone who is motivated and looking to progress as opportunities present themselves within our organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
Administration, recording, and processing of payroll information and procedures
Dealing with payroll queries, liaising with the support team managers and senior managers as needed.
Producing payroll reports as required
Assisting with the calculations for National Minimum Wage compliance.
Assisting with the development and implementation of the organisation’s Quality system within the Finance team
