About the Role
Our team in East Lothian works with younger adults, supporting them as they take steps towards greater independence, and we are looking for someone to join the team. Our new live-in support works one week on, one week off living in someone's home to support them with all aspects of their daily living. (Seven consecutive days, followed by seven consecutive days when you are not required to work)
We are looking for people who are caring, fun, motivated, creative and great at problem-solving. The people we support want workers who are friendly, practically minded and are great communicators.
£42,155 - £42,666 per annum pro rata. This is an annualised contract for 4014.78 hours per annum
Note: For each working day you will work between the hours of 7am-11pm with a two-hour unpaid break (14 hours total over 7 days). These working hours will be immediately followed by a sleepover between 11pm and 7am (8 hours).
Our team in East Lothian supports younger people taking steps towards greater independence such as moving into their own tenancies.
