About the Role

Lead the Way as an Operational Leader!

Are you ready to take the helm and revolutionise the world of frontline care at home and housing support services?

The Action Group is on the lookout for exceptional individuals to step into the exciting role of Operational Leader!

Salary

  • £31,683 - £33,147 per annum, pro rata based on a 39hrs contract.

Requirements


Your mission is clear: to champion person-led care at every turn. You'll be the driving force behind the delivery of top-notch services to the individuals we support, ensuring that their unique needs and preferences are at the heart of everything we do. From managing rotas and scheduling support to handling data management and beyond, your role is all-encompassing. We're seeking individuals who thrive in data-driven environments, with impeccable organisational and time management skills. Experience with rota management is a huge plus!
