About the Role

Real Jobs supports people with disabilities and long-term health conditions to find, maintain, sustain and progress in the job they choose, by providing person-centred 1:1 supported employment following the five-stage supported employability pipeline model.


£26,924.56 – £28,246.38 per annum


We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager for our Real Jobs team, part of the All in Edinburgh (AiE) consortium. Real Jobs is one of four partners who make up the AiE consortium, providing supported employment across Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to a team of Employment Advisors, supporting them to deliver employability outcomes, whilst maintaining overall responsibility for achieving the targets required by our funders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has a background in employment and a passion for working alongside people with additional needs to achieve shared goals.
