Our Structure
The Action Group organisational structure
The Action Group is both a limited company and a charity. It is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors (currently 10 members) who oversee the strategic direction of the organisation. The members of the Council of Management are not employees of The Action Group and are unpaid.

The operational functions of the organisation are led by the Chief Executive assisted by four members of the Senior Management Team, all of whom have specific areas of responsibility.
In total there are 380 members of staff, most of whom work in the largest area of activity which is housing support services.
The majority of staff work in service delivery but there are also internal support services such as Training, Finance and Admin. There is also one charity shop.
