The Action Group employs between 450-500 staff, including a large number of casual workers. Most of our employees are Support Workers, working directly with service users in the community. However we also employ welfare rights advisors, office staff, seasonal playscheme workers and many others. We have held Investors in People status for the past ten years… and are extremely proud of it!
